this is made worse by there likely being a bunch of RBGs throughout the judiciary that disagree with trump but refused to take senior status when it was politically advantageous to do so
I want to emphasize how radically Trump's second-term judical appointments are going to change the American legal system. These are not the standard Ivy League FedSoc guys. They are election-denying freaks who earned Trump's favor because they are willing to say what he wants to hear.

Debating what to stream today. Black Ops isn't as fun without the boys so thats out. Could do WoW but RBGs also pretty rarely happen mid day. Maybe it's finally time to return to Magic for a bit?

They're all RBGs -- fossils who insist they can still do the job as long as they have a pulse without even asking themselves if someone else could do it better.

The Supreme Court could simply admit that it has made a series of catastrophic mistakes including Citizens United, Shelby v. Holder, Dobbs, and—up there with Dred Scott as the most catastrophic in US history-the stupid immunity ruling. That would take some humility however, and they are infallible!
