Realitors have ruined our housing. Every sell has 6 points on it. When there are tools to sell on your own, the only thing you need is a title company.

realitors and landlords are the same class of scum where notices about tours just slides up from 48 hours to 24 hours (the day before, on a Sunday), and it goes from "someone will be around at 6pm" to, well, getting a knock on my door at 5:45 and then hearing that there will be two more people

Like you're talking about being "conquered" as a hypothetical when we live in the era of Back To Work Its Just Summer Flu simply to protect the profitability of investments made by realitors pre pandemic. After 40 years of climate change darq being suppressed by oil companies.
