Roger, 28 Oct '26. As he's been visiting for a while now, and is very recognisable, I thought it was about time I gave him a name. #PigeonSky 🪶

Great! Instantly recognisable.

Steady on, he said it should still be recognisable!

That's such a weird knob-head response to those models, they're very obviously made from recognisable GW parts and plastic casts. Do GW employees not know about kitbashing anymore? Fuck me dead.

(I feel a great disturbance as if a thousand voices suddenly cried out in terror and were silenced)

the ever recognisable cockroach antennas...

Would you have thoughts as to the recognisable these people might wear, Darach? Perhaps a mix of two colours?

That's a fantastic design .
I like that her head shape is still recognisable with that redesign .

Not sure how I feel realising one of my tells for Gen AI customer artwork - even in the absence of the usual hallucinations and creepy pattern duplication — the text is signwritten. Formed as practically lost-art shapes. Not Bézier curves and recognisable for it, but with that hand made variety.

Looks a bit more recognisable hopefully after a few coats of paint

Every line of the Australian anthem is either a lie or tedious piffle. The tune is a dirge; it feels like it was written by a pissed, work-shy squatter in 1934 and the big finish isn't even a recognisable sentence. Absolute wailing anti-banger waste of time.
I personally hate the Australian Anthem, it is incredibly boring the words are meaningless and lack any emotion, I never sing it and never have @peterfitz1.bsky.social

NBC just working through every recognisable name to attach to a crime series. Coming next spring: 'Ishmael' - a grizzled fisherman investigates a series of cetecean-based murders.

I’m practicing drawing small portraits again. I feel like I’ve been getting better at it but I wonder if the eyes are recognisable?🤔

Ah! Happy memories. Instantly recognisable icon. I still exchange xmas cards with my Llanberis sherpas...

This- a recognisable name on the cover, Blake illustrations and, crucially, the person buying them often isn’t the person reading them.

what many people don't understand is that the thing that makes being recognisable worth it is the money and most internet fame gives you all of the worst parts and none of the actual justifications for it
have you considered that some people might be okay with irrelevance? We do not all strive to the heights of virality on Twitter, or the pages of the New York magazine.

Some of us just want to be able to share our work, find and talk to interesting people around the world, and share dog pics.
it gets harder and harder every day to argue with the folk that say people come to bluesky to revel in their own irrelevance. then again maybe i just watch too many movies. but i also think more people should watch too many movies. they've kinda been the zenith of pop culture for the last 100 years

Bad news for Nigel: Loads of money and a recognisable leader aren't enough.

Lots of conspiracy theories on FB, people thinking the plane should be in recognisable pieces, after hitting the ground at 400km/h 🙄

At least the tune to walking matilda is recognisable

the green is pleasing and it’s still recognisable, i really like it

This is a very recognisable tactic that propagandist journalists will lean on. "We did cover this story, once, 18 months ago! That's enough right?"

You only have to compare and contrast with a story they consider a genuine scandal to see that they wouldn't consider it enough if they cared.
New — Editor Patrick Healy explains to me NYT’s omission of the new rape details shared by Beatrice Keul in their story about the new House Judiciary Dems report released this week:
