he's also rarely seen without hair ornaments like the scintillant "circlet" or the gull feathers he includes to the tips of his braids

Rho'bin trusted daggers in his hands for as long as he can remember, even before he stowed away. Jacke taught him how to be a "proper rogue" when the guild decided to take him in instead of casting their typical judgment on those that violate the code.
