A fully rendered illustration of a woman holding a candle. The colours for the whole piece are a monochromatic yellow palette. The woman's face is disfigured as the candle she holds is lit up, her chest and arms are dripping of wax. She stands upright like a candle would and her dress folds look like overlapping wax. There is nothing but unlit candles on the floor, there is only a near pitch black sky. There are a few candles on the foreground to match with the posture of the woman.

Excited to share my piece for @dotzines.bsky.social Red Zone Volume 3! It was a delightful challenge to work with two light sources with a more rural horror theme~ please go check out the full release <3 #poppyart #zine #dotzines #redzone3 #art #zineart #horror #horrorart
An illustration showing the interior of a barn with farm tools. A person hides from a man with a burlap sack on his head carrying a large cleaver. He is silhouetted from the light coming through the barn door, their long shadow cast on the ground. The person hiding has blood on their bandage and shirt, and is attempting to cover their flashlight with their hand. In the darkness next to them, another figure in an apron and burlap sack with holes for their eyes and mouth lies in wait. Their hand leaves a bloody trail on the barn support. In their other hand is a bloody knife.
