I have many, many beefs with it. It's a mess. A very funny mess.

But if there's a better cinematic depiction of Americans panicking hysterically after being attacked than Spielberg's 1941, I haven't seen it.

Should have made some referencve to internment, probably. Gleefully un-PC.

I’m gonna reverse this question for fun: what’s a movie whose historical verisimilitude impressed you in proportion for what you were expecting? My choice is Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure bsky.app/profile/dear...

Prompts a fun question: whats the most niche historical inaccuracy in a piece of work that annoys you

Not like 'oh they were referring to the wrong king' , more 'they had the wrong king on a banknote in one scene'

A new reference sheet of my persona, Jack. There is an illustration of him on the right side of the art where he is standing upright and looking over to the viewer. He is a tall half-wolf man with short, dark brown hair, a five-o-clock shadow, and big arms with fur going up to his elbows, and a big fluffy wolf tail, all matching his hair color. He wears a large, slightly oversized brown and khaki military jacket that is open towards the top because of his big chest. He also wears a large flight buckle-styled belt with dark blue bot cut jeans and dark brown boots. Lastly, he wears a pair of flight goggles and a lime green scarf around his neck. There are a couple of small notes next to his left side: "Jane's younger twin brother" and "Both siblings suffer from a genetic lycanthropy disease" with three arrows pointing towards his werewolf features (wolf ears, large furry forearms, and his fluffy tail). After this there are two small doodles of Jack's moods next to the "Likes" and "Dislikes" tabs.
