Ja. Aber andere rechtliche Situation: Steuerschuldner bei der MöSt ist der Händler; MöSt daher untrennbarer Preisbestandteil.
Gegenbeispiel NoVA: Steuerschuldner ist der Endverbraucher, Abgabe ist an die Zulassung geknüpft, daher USt-Pflicht aufgehoben.

We had them at my university…small school only 2700 students…the houses got out of control over 30 years…college shut them down and refurbed them really nicely-lovely brick with suites…they are now top notch living quarters for seniors…8 frats on the Hill…must have over 3.6 to apply…it works!

Okay. I’ve taken a day to breathe, gone back up to the repair shop and given the owner an ultimatum (fix myiPad properly by the weekend or give me a refund), I have a backup refurbed iPad on home just in case, and I feel… a little more human. Frustrated, but less frenetic and panicked today.

You can pick up S24/25 Ultras for a reasonable price refurbed with warranty if you still want a great camera. Turning off the usual Samsung AI nonsense (and use ADB to disable other stuff) is simple enough. Not quite what you're after but a potentially good balance.

Here's the particular one we got. I'm presuming there was a discount, bc we got three for 120k$~. The non-LLM model from a different company my buildings use is about 5k used or 10k factory refurbed. It has a magnetic charger on a place that will get wet.
