Der FLIRT Evo (in RegionAlps-Ausführung) am Nationalbahnfest in Etzwilen. Ich habe einen guten Eindruck vom Zug, die Sitze wurden in Fachmedien kritisiert, aber ich sehe kein Problem. Es sind deutlich bessere Sitze als in vielen anderen S-Bahnen. Die Multifunktionsabteile sehen auch gut aus.

RegionAlps: 24 units (RABe 533)
Thurbo: 107 units (RABe 531/533)

Commercial service is expected to commence in late 2025 with RegionAlps

Visually, the most noticeable change on the outside compared to previous Flirt generations is definitely the new headlight graphic. These lights were supplied by Schurter and are part of their TrenoLux family

In October 2021, Stadler won the contract from SBB, RegionAlps, and Thurbo for 286 EMUs. The contract was officially signed in May 2022 after an unsuccessful appeal from Alstom

So the No.10 bus took me from Evian les Bains across to Saint Gingolph (Suisse) station. Cost €1.20 for around 35 minutes. The bus route is parallel to the French stretch of the disused railway line. Nice view from this station. #Switzerland #Speirgorm

The Flirt Evo is based on Stadler's 4th gen Flirt platform. Compared to the Flirt 3, it features a few design updates such as a slightly revised front end with new headlights and larger roof panels for a cleaner look

In addition to the design updates, there are technical upgrades too. These include an option for powered first Jacobs bogies, hydraulic control arm bushings for reduced wear, and roof-mounted power converters that free up space for an extra row of seats behind the driver's cab

Stadler'in modern elektrikli trenleri, Valais kantonunda yapılan özel bir gösteri sürüşü sırasında test edildi. Bu yeni trenler, RegionAlps'e teslim edilerek toplu taşıma verimliliğini artırmayı amaçlıyor. Sözleşme ve Teslimatlar 2022 yılında İsviçre Federal Demiryolları (SBB), Thurbo ve RegionAlps, Stadler ile bir anlaşma imzalayarak, demir yolu ağını modernize etmek için 510'a kadar tek katlı trenin teslimatını kapsayan bir sözleşme yapmıştı.
