I'm no lawyer but given the above is it necessary for Bluesky to enforce age assurance restrictions for all Texas users, or only those who created their accounts after a certain date?

could existing users be grandfathered in like Australia?

There's a recent change to bsky's login process. Most people don't see it because they're not a sicko about their browser like me. In NoScript I need to manually allow stuff each new session.
Recently if I login to bsky without allowing "bsky.network" I get a "verify your age" page.
