Rehsade and the NVIDIA filter can help, but they don't actively reduce the effects in the game directly as the Wuthering Waves one does.
HDR will make a game that's already got photosensitivity issues potentially worse, but it won't introduce new issues.

Greetings all. In preparation for the next STO content update, I've been playing around with the latest version of Raytracing on my STO Cinematic FX Rehsade pre set. Works well in game as well as taking screenshots. Pretty happy with the results so far.
