Going through some old pics and found this from #reichbusters - this was the first time I was really proud of my painting, after dabbling for a couple of years.

Played the new version of Reichbusters last night - maybe an unpopular opinion but not convinced I prefer it to the original - a lot of the "streamline" has removed the nuance and charm - having said that, vril weapons are now not terrible. Will play a bit more to form a full opinion...

Played the new version of Reichbusters last night - maybe an unpopular opinion but not convinced I prefer it to the original - a lot of the "streamline" has removed the nuance and charm - having said that, vril weapons are now not terrible. Will play a bit more to form a full opinion...

My pledge for Reichbusters Reloaded board game arrived today and this mech-nazi mini is so heavy that I reckon it would break a toe if dropped. He will be fun to paint.

These are the first things I've painted since finishing Reichbusters - I'm finding it hard to muster interest in these, I very much enjoyed painting Weird War II style miniatures, but need to get past them if only for the extra world in Shadows of Brimstone...

i just found out the band lacuna coil released miniatures of themselves for the board game zombicide. that's awesome and i think other bands should do that too. how about the band cradle of filth in the game cthulhu death may die? how about gwar in massive darkness? sabaton in reichbusters?

Excited about Reichbusters being brought back as one of my favourite campaign games, warts an' all...
But this mistype of Pip Pip, not so much. Perhaps Quentin was a party clown before the war. Would have given the Tom Hanks character in Saving Private Ryan a whole different aspect.

Excited about Reichbusters being brought back as one of my favourite campaign games, warts an' all...
But this mistype of Pip Pip, not so much. Perhaps Quentin was a party clown before the war. Would have given the Tom Hanks character in Saving Private Ryan a whole different aspect.

Hmmm, just learned about Grok Imagine. Now I can make my historically-accurate recreation of (Mecha)Hitler blowing his brains out in a bunker!
Also a Reichbusters adaptation!
Also a (historically accurate) Castle Wolfenstein adaptation!
Also 10 hours of nothing but NAZIs being punched!

Got my Reichbusters pledge from Monolith Games today! Big boxes! Gonna have to figure out some uniform colors out of my current paints or buy some historical ones. And play the game.

I think V-Sabotage is in danger of an exit, between Reichbusters that I love and Rogue Regiment that scratches a Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines itch, it will have to carve out a very specific niche not to be on the chopping block!
