"My Family with Rei"
If I were the Pro Hero (later retired) that Rei married. One change (besides the obvious) being our Natsuko would be a pair of twins.

Side note: my Quirk is Lupine Flame - a will'o'wisp-conjuring fire wolf.

Trey (our Toya): No obsession with All Might, no neglect, and insistence on wearing support items to protect him from burns. No pressure to be a hero either. Just some self-defense classes. Becoming a hero is his choice only, motivated by his desire to be a good big brother. Quirk: Frost Fire (fire for offense, ice for defense). Yumi (our Fuyumi): Becomes a Pro Hero but also gets a teaching license to work with kids. The smarty-pants sister. Quirk: Snow Wolf (Creates sentient ice wolves). Nat (male Natsuko): The chill, normal twin. Quirk: Ice Howl (ice breath from screaming). Suki (female Natsuko): The excitable twin. Quirk: Hell Howl (fire breath from screaming). Sho (our Shoto): Grows to be a cocky kid from their overpowered Quirk: Frost Fire Wolf (turns into ice wolf or fire wolf).
