Today I approached energy repairers on the street to thank them for what they do for us. They were extremely exhausted, dealing with a russian-made catastrophe of unimaginable scale.

I’m afraid they can repair a lot of the damage, so not permanently destroyed. A race between repairers and follow up strikes.
