Unfortunately for my pedantry, I saw someone reskeet this comic *right after* I happened to reread what Lewis *actually* said about allegory and Aslan, and now I am compelled to be a pedantic dick about it (at least not quote-skeeting them though).

I love this idea, but I can't help but think of Tolkien's firm denial that LOTR is a WW1 allegory (doesn't mean it couldn't be adapted)
