I really liked hearing you call it a RePilot. It now weirdly sticks out because it is trying to set a new structure for this. But the next movie is arguably *another* a repilot and is a much better structure to build the rest of the franchise on

So few shows get to have what is basically a perfect pilot episode then a perfect repilot with season 2 ep 1 and then just grow. But to come back years later and crush it and build towards that ep that you know is happening in the world but you never get to see? Magic.

I get the HB hiatus sucks, but we DID get content like the shorts and the repilot in the mean time. While Hazbin went almost 2 years with literally nothing and will probably get literally nothing again until s3 in another almost 2 years from now. These hiatuses aren't unique to either show.

And since S5 will feature Jim Kirk’s first day on the Enterprise as Captain, SNW will repilot the show that season… just like Community did.
And if that wasn’t enough, TOS & Community used the same stages at Paramount.

Finished my rewatch of COMMUNITY S5 last night, and here’s my episode rankings, by tier then within tier. I find it amusing that there were two episodes in a row where the standout performance was from a showrunner not known for acting.
