BREAKING: Virginia voters have passed Question 1, establishing the right to reproductive freedom in their constitution.

Virginia is the last Southern state without an abortion ban, and with tonight’s results, it will stay that way.

I like to add one more to this: codify women’s reproductive rights.
Great piece & IMO, we stay on all their necks until we:

expand the SC
undo Citizens United
Medicare for All
protect trans folks
tax the rich (esp billionaires)
abolish ICE
shore up voting rights
yeet private equity into the sun
real regulation on tech, AI, surveillance
anti-trust a real thing again
Court reform should very much be on the agenda for Democrats this term.

As I noted in this piece, a lot of Democrats have drawn the wrong lessons from the history of FDR's court-packing plan.
