Restaurant servers who tell you “Enjoy!” when delivering your food are either commanding you enjoy the food, or are biasing your opinion of the food you got. It’s not up to them whether I enjoy it or not.

Either way, it’s something to be called out.

EXACTLY. Like even when I've gone through super financial instability I would make sure that if I went out to a restaruant that I had enough to tip, otherwise I wouldn't go. Like yeah it sucks if you can't make it work that time but like...punishing a server is not the move

9. I will judge the quality of a ramen restaruant by how likely I am to finish the broth of whatever bowl I order. All of my regular haunts have a bowl I've polished at least once.

Also, bamboo does not belong in ramen. Save it for the pandas.

um okay imagine a really perfect, 1" thick medium-rare burger. now remove the middle half, leaving the top and bottom quarters.

it's all the carmelized parts and nothing else. significantly greasier than a normy or restaruant burger.

delicious and probably 5x unhealthier
