Drew Tari from... Hey, something's up, it's not Tari!

It's the machiavellian and messed-up Tendi from Woomy HiWay: Rise Of The Toons!
So machiavellian and messed-up, her employees can confirm!
(she should treat them better)

Woomy HiWay: Rise Of The Toons by @thereel1real.bsky.social

Third hand still not canon, I just can't draw Tendi without it
Doodles of Tendi from Woomy HiWay: Rise Of The Toons. - One with just her head and hands as she holds binoculars to her face. - One where for her special neutral, she wields a gun (her third hand mimics a gun too for the sake of it!) - One where she puts her hands to express malice, with her third hand fiddling the air (A Lucinia stands next to Tendi in exasperation, saying: "I know you aren't listening, but- Emma and the others noticed you 12 minutes ago."
