This really was exactly how I found her - washed up against the riverwall - yet perfect!
This doll's head is tiny - just over 2cm high, and is painted with precision. On the back you can just make out the number 16 between her shoulders. Isn't she a delight...!

This morning’s tidal flooding on the left (over an hour after high tide!! It got way higher!), vs how it normally looks on the right
love to live in one of the areas most susceptible to sea level rise… that is ALSO an area where the ground is literally sinking due to centuries of aquifer depletion

This little white cat was waiting for me up by the riverwall on the Thames foreshore. I don't keep many plastic toys, but this one is so full of character, I'll find a place for it!

Day 162 #dungeon25 Riverwall attacked! During the night, the bells of Riverwall toll an alarm! An attack is imminent. Soon soldiers line the wall, bows ready to repel whatever monsters are approaching. The soldiers are confident. Syr Kathryn walks among them, offering hopeful words, as they wait.

Day 156 #dungeon25 Upset Treant, a side quest near Angelwakes and Riverwall: Weepy, a willow Treant living on the banks of the river is screaming a constant pained wail, disturbing the people and animals in the area. Weepy seems unable to communicate the source of its suffering.

Yeah it’s BAD bad here. There are areas that become completely impassable with any rain at all, folks who have to put their washer/dryer on stilts bc their garage floods every storm. I live on the water (VERY luckily on a hill) and the water still crests the riverwall & can come 6ft+ up into my yard
