I would shout out Dread Delusion, Lunacid, Eternal Strands (bigger budget), Roadwarden, and Banquet For Fools. Pretty wide range of different newer smaller rpgs.

I've been dabbling with this specific setting since 2007, but I see the needs of specific stories / tabletop campaigns as the main priority. So I update the lore as time goes on. But the changes since Roadwarden are rather minor, mainly fixing inconsistencies.
