Went to Rockfit earlier and afterwards she gave me home made school cake. I’ve now messaged the PT and told him he needs to up his game. If there’s no cake after the exercise then I can no longer do it 👊🏼

Last night i went to rockfit for the first time since i started running more seriously (Thursday is a run morning for me) and then when i went to bed my body went into shock 🙃 this mornings run was dogshit so think I've got to accept I can't do weights, aerobics and running in the same 24 hours.
