So far the only person Romulus has canonically had sex with is Raubahn, toward the end of ARR. The two have a close, trusting relationship still, but they will always be brothers in arms first. This is a snippet from my notes from over a year ago:

(one day, Romulus walks in on something he shouldn't have and learns that his dad has been using the shop as a front for gang activity. in the shuffle, he kills his father and winds up in prison. small towns are slow to forget things like that, so he leaves.)
