Thinking about how when this card got leaked via showing up in the wrong pack, players swore it was fake because the rate didn't seem realistic and - moreover - seemed way too powerful for a common.

It's tremendously funny in hindsight.

Depending on your color combo you could find ways of protecting your stuff while advancing your boardstate! I used to play a deck where I'd hit people with one or two tokens until they tried to kill them, then use Rootborn Defenses to protect them AND create another token to up the pressure.
