He proclaims, "NO, NO, NO! THIS SIMPLY WILL NOT DO!!" In the second panel Papyrus is putting an arm around Roulxs Kaard and raises his finger. He winks down at Roulxs and says, "FOR YOU SEE, MY HANDSOME BLUE FRIEND... PUZZLES ARE ALL ABOUT PASSION!! BOLDNESS!! INGENUITY!!! BUT FRET NOT!
