No lie. I have this idea for a Leverage-style game where you have the full roster available for any mission, but injuries take people out of it, and sometimes you have to run simultaneous missions and have to decide who to assign to which part of the job. Otherwise the limit is so artificial.

"What the fuck is with all these solo RPGs" buddy, a large portion of indie tabletop RPGs have always been intended more to be read than played. The only shift in the actual culture of game design is that indie RPG authors these days are more honest about which ones those are.

The two types of fantasy are Tolkien and Moebius. All RPGs fall into these two categories.
Morrowind? Moebius.
Oblivion? Tolkien.
Final Fantasy? Moebius.
Despite having flying ships, which is usually Moebius, Baldur's Gate 3 is Tolkien.
