Kenn ich. META macht es sich mit dem Verstoßen gegen den DSA denkbar einfach: Sie reagieren einfach auf nichts. Weder auf eine klare Aufforderung durch die RTR (zuständige außergerichtliche Schlichtungsstelle), noch auf ein Anwaltsschreiben.

Letztlich war Facebooks Begründung -sofern man es so nennen kann- , mein Konto / dessen Aktivitäten verstoße gegen deren "Gemeinschaftsstandards" - was auch immer das heissen soll.
Mir wurde weder mitgeteilt, was genau mein Verstoß sein soll, noch gab's eine Chance ev. etwas zu korrigieren.
