Lovely early morning #running today that was half trail with killer hills and half flat roads. I'm really enjoying getting out first thing now that it's spring.

#runmusic was Ghost's "Prequelle" album. Fast and ridiculous, perfect for singing along like a lunatic.

Friday's run was my long run of the week. I'm trying to add a few km every few week to improve my 10k. Did 12km today, and it felt really comfortable.

#runmusic was 36 Chambers by Wu-Tang Clan, which continues to make me feel like Michael Bolton in Office Space as I bop along.

A nice pacey 5km run this morning. Nothing much to report, felt good, early finish for maxiumum lounging around before work.

#runmusic was the timeless Hysteria by #DefLeppard. Passers-by probably thought I was doing crazy #running stuff with my arms. Joke's on them, I was air-drumming.

Deceptive weather out #running this morning. Clear sky and bright sun, combined with cold temps and ice from last night's hailstorm! Lots of shocked-looking fellow runners out in shorts!

#runmusic was Seasons in the Abyss by #Slayer. Haven't heard since mid-90s, since as awesome as ever.

Such a lovely morning for #running this morning. Trying to increase my regular run distance, don't really care about pace. Aiming for five mile runs.

#runmusic was Powertrippin' by The Almighty, a record that holds up well, and one that I mostly associate with my 1993 maths A Level for some reason.

Back from holiday, and the started the quest to remove those damn buffet kgs. Woke up to find it pouring with rain, but went out anyway. Turned out to be very pleasant #running weather, though the cows didn't agree.

I'm trying to do the suggested daily #running workouts from #Garmin. Today was a tempo run, with 3x8min fast sections, and recovery bits in between. Felt good and I love getting a score at the end. Very "video game".

Kept it short this morning after pushing myself at the weekend. Also, the weather was awful. But I did get a chance to get in on the #bluebells craze going round these parts.

#runmusic was Issues by #Korn. Honestly, not as good as I remember from when I downloaded it on Napster.

Did a Daily Suggested Workout today. A 6x interval run with frankly ludicrous 15 second sprint targets. Managed the sprints fine, completely failed to slow down enough on the slow bits.

#runmusic was #PsychedelicFurs "Forever Now". Not great for #running, but great in every other measurable way.
