Nice and misty today with a bit of a breeze. Didn’t have a great night’s sleep but I seemed to bounce out of bed and found the run quite easy, listening to my audiobook with a metronome backbeat.

Rain forecast (86% chance) but thankfully it stayed dry, in fact I overheated again! 9-10° is probably still short sleeve weather. New 180-182 bpm playlist kept me moving - includes Muse, Rush and Led Zep.

Love these morning runs, better than the treadmill runs at the start of this holiday. I like the mix of greenway trails & urban running. Only downside is the inordinate time waiting at road crossings😠.
