In 100 days, I start my biggest challenge ever for @cruk-ci.bsky.social attempting to run 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ miles non-stop round the Thames Ring.

IF I can complete this within the 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ hour cutoff, I’ll then run my 15th #LondonMarathon, back to back 🏃🏻‍♂️
