A beautiful course for #parkrun today (though hill they call “hilarious” most definitely was not! 😆).
Overall it was undulating though and made for an enjoyable run - and collecting my “J” for the alphabet. #RunningIsFunning

Loved #parkrun at Billericay this morning.
Fantastic volunteer team (great first timers briefing) and a steady four lap course (little hill four times just to keep it interesting). Ran with my mothership who was first in her age group.

Decided not to think about pace at all but pick someone who usually finishes around me and focus on beating them. The result? I did beat them and did my fastest time of 2025. #RunningIsFunning
