ok anyway i think he doesn't really like using "tia" mostly due to the fact he doesn't like being reduced to his ability to have kids for. a lot of reasons. it's also part of the whole patriarchal dynamic that caused him a lot of pain. but to avoid confusion+questions if he has to

they *Initially* met in sharlayan as teens. thancred fell first and kinda embarrassingly quickly & hard and then had to stop objectifying ryhi after an accidental Misgendering Incident and start seeing him as A Person. many such cases. took abt half a year or so to Get Together. (cont)

dm made a joke and unfortunately i'm extremely susceptible to The Bit

ryhi makes a lot of the same expressions his mom does, e.g. scrunching up their whole faces when trying not to cry, the same smile, the same deadpan expression when someone says something stupid. they also have the same nose, eye, and mouth shape!! and freckles + heavy brow lol. (cont)
