Internal Family Systems method of unburdening Exiles/Shadows was/is my go-to for releasing trauma energy.

Whatever works for you, release that energy. It is INFINITELY harder to carry it. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Life gets so much better ♥️

💫
Our bodies are designed to process and release trauma naturally. It's only when we are overwhelmed that energy gets stuck.

Movement practices like yoga, gigong, & Intuitive dance help complete the interrupted processes. ❤️‍🩹

How are you moving your body?

#ReleaseTension #HealingMovement
Yes, your body may hold trauma but you know what it also holds? Medicine. Wisdom. Guidance. It has an innate intelligence to heal. It has a beautiful ability to find resilience even amongst pain. It has a unique way of using our voice, breath, movement or sound to regulate us. It has a rhythmic cycle that synchronizes with nature. It has an organic system hardwired to protect us. So yes, the body can hold trauma and pain, but let's not forget that it also holds our greatest medicine.

💫 This week try to notice the natural pauses already in your day instead of adding more to do.

Consciousness, not perfection. Presence, not performance. 🌸

💫 Personal readings during equinox season offer particularly powerful spirit connections.

The thinned veil amplifies messages from both your guides and loved ones.

This veil remains thin through October.

The veil is thinning October is known for its sly haunted feel. Everyday the air feels more and more alive with energy. Too often we sense a presence just behind us... its not your imagination, spirit activity is prevalent now.
