Taking "Lets Glow" literally with BART and SanFlare

We are so excited to announce our friends SanFlare will give a special performance and teach attendees how to wotagei dance at this year’s Let’s Glow! BART Anime Festival at Warm Springs/South Fremont Station

Music and performances: AniClover will DJ all night, and SanFlare will perform wotagei, a high-energy style of synchronized fan dancing. SanFlare will also teach attendees the official BART wotagei dance.

Here's SanFlare (TeamSanFlare on Twitter) performing opening wotagei at Offkai Gen 4, along with chucking a light stick at me (don't worry it didn't hit me and it makes for a sick picture)

🔦@Sanflare will teach this dance at Let’s Glow! BART Anime Festival on September 6 🔦

Join us on the dance floor at the festival. We’ll have live DJs from aniclover.bsky.social

Find BART anime mascot Mira by the Station Agent booth to get your light stick before they’re all gone. Show them off at the festival as @sanflare teaches the crowd a choreographed wotagei dance. We’ll also sell a limited number of Let’s Glow light sticks at the event.

On Saturday, September 6, join BART anime mascots Baylee, Nimbus, Jasmine, Mira, and BARTy for this unique event that will bring an artist alley, live DJs from @AniClover, dance lessons from @SanFlare, itashas, boba, VTubers, and more to Warm Springs/South Fremont Station.

This is a first-of-its-kind celebration of BART, art, and anime that will feature food and boba stands, lantern decoration, live DJ group AniClover, wotagei lessons from SanFlare, itasha decorated cars, and more. We will release additional details soon.
