Today we traveled to Nanzo-in, which is a fantastic Buddhist temple in Sasaguri. Very easy day trip from Fukuoka!
It's a really great place to feel nature and get away from the city. Also there are cats at the train station.

Het einde van het jaar betekent grote #schoonmaak in #Japan, mijn tweede vaderland. Bijvoorbeeld van de immense Boeddhabeelden bij vele tempels. Zoals in de Nanzoin-tempel in de stad #Sasaguri. Monniken en tempelgangers maakten daar het #Skakyamuni beeld grondig schoon.

These crop circles were formed on 17th and 24th September 1990 in Sasaguri, Kyushu (home to Nanzoin Statue, built early 1990's). Map 33°N, 33ft Circles > 33 - Divine Fulfillment. The datestamps have a curious resonance to Acts 17:24.
