You gotta admit, watching Ed Sheeran get viciously, comprehensively, publicly pantsed was pretty satisfying. Not a lot of satisfactions to be had in public life these days, we need to savor them.

One of the petty satisfactions of getting older is watching the same people who thought they would stay cool forever (unlike you) realize that they were never especially cool, just young, and this cycle comes for everyone.
Teens & 20-somethings think 30-40 year olds are uncool? Wow this is a brand new phenomenon.
