Doug Ford $ Co. have CLOSED the iconic & historic Ontario Science Centre: said the roof was bad BUT! Engineers say it’s fine! Ford and his cronies are selling the legacy educational institution so their development cronies can make profit out of Ontario’s legacy. Crooks!

For that matter, Doug Ford is also working on killing off one of Ontario's Centennial gifts to Canada, the Ontario Science Centre. It's not even clear why. #SaveScienceCentre

1) The community college system, the Universities of Trent, Brock, and York, the Ontario Science Centre, #SaveScienceCentre Ontario Place, TV Ontario, the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, the first Ministry of the Environment in Canada, and probably something amazing that I forgot.

In fact, I'll ride past Doug himself wearing my #SaveScienceCentre regalia! Then slow down.

Ontario Science Centre would have been ABSOLUTELY MOBBED with Torontonians this coming weekend if Doug had not ordered it closed for fake reasons. It had to be closed before the Crosstown opened, or it would have been obvious that the province was starving OSC for corrupt reasons. #SaveScienceCentre

I hope the ant I euthanized and sputter-coated did not suffer too much and that she's still being admired, somewhere. #SaveScienceCentre

Nearly. Same guy will soon try to roll bulldozers on a perfectly good science centre with 570,000 square feet of space for researching, building, fixing, and enjoying interactive science. #SaveScienceCentre

While the original Ontario Science Centre might be gone for good (Thanks Doug), I 𝐖𝐀𝐒 able to find footage I recorded before its demise.
This video showcases a demo of its IMAX theatre, the Shopper's Drug Mart Omnimax Theatre

Nice footage. I have a fair bit of audio of a Science Centre Host doing science demonstrations. OK, it's just me. :)
