Help save the eels! I shouldn't be making this one of my causes. I don't eat eels (Dorilian and I have much in common) or find them attractive... but I respect the creatures. They're endangered and I rather like them, so hope they continue. #savetheeels
Every now & again, it's useful to say why I do all these eel history tweets.
Mostly, it's because eels need our help. They're critically endangered, seeing a c.90% drop in population in the last decades.
