#SaveThePrimates highlights the exploitation of our animal cousins. Long-tailed macaques are endangered due to their overuse in unscientific ‘research’. Species differences delay scientific progress, and drugs which appear safe have been known to harm humans in clinical trials.

Construction of the Bainbridge, GA monkey-breeding facility is halted amid lawsuits and health concerns. Due to species differences, animal tests don’t reliably predict human results—over 90% of drugs that pass animal trials fail in people. #EndAnimalExperiments #SaveThePrimates
