Sad day for voters in North Carolina, the Republicans have voted to override Gov Coopers veto on SB382 that strips power from the incoming Governor, AG and Superintendent of Education. This is not how Democracy is supposed to work and the Republicans know this but they’re drunk on powers Shameful!

Western North Carolina is being used as a pawn by the NC GOP who secretly wrote and then immediately passed #SB382. Calling it a "Helene relief" bill, SB382 doesn't help anyone in WNC, it only strips power from Democrats who won in November and drastically alters our elections.
