Yes: hiring managers at one or two scaleups (Series A+) I talked with said they’re starting to hire juniors again because the talent pool is very good, and juniors use AI tools better+more productive+more creative than many seniors

The most shocking thing entering into big tech vs. the startups/scaleups i've worked previously has been how little we actually talk to users and customers. it's one of my favourite parts of the job!
