As I said, there's a (dissimilar) oaths case already going to the SCC, so there are arguments on both sides. But Carney can't duck this battle, he may as well get in front of it by referring it to SCC.

That original model gave an important insight: the importance of trade-offs between near-term mitigation costs and long-term climate benefits.
