Some of my friends have cosmic reality bending powers and it’s always super hot. I imagine that Khloe has similar powers but they’re more chaotic, and really only manifest the hottest outcome in any given scenerio.

They finally looked closely at her voting record. People's words can be "reinterpreted" to fit any scenerio, their votes can't be.
