4th stop in Antwerp = Cafe Ernst. Long overdue first visit, very impressed. Modern 'craft' bar with around 80 beers. A tripel from Scheldebrouwerij really hit the spot.

Stayed so long in BB last night we ended up seeking emergency dinner at Rose Red. Food was sensational - even better than usual - & I really enjoyed Surrealiste tripel & Scheldebrouwerij Oesterstout. If you visit, don't miss those amazing Indonesian croquettes...

First visit to Staminee Toog, Middelkerke. Den Toogoloog's new sister bar across the road. Owner Jürgen says the select beers will remain at the original bar but there was more than enough to vindicate our visit including de Plukker All Inclusive & De Dolle Dulle Teve, Scheldebrouwerij & Struise...

Freebie at Barool is anything on draught so what's on the menu as "Bokbier Scheldebrouwerij" but I think is Scaeger Bok.

I've not had Zeezuiper in ages. Scheldebrouwerij are what I most miss about 't waagstuk

Sadly(luckily), no. The name came from the fact that Oysters' can be found near the Westerschelde, which is exactly where the Scheldebrouwerij is located.
