it's sunny, 80+ degrees Faringhides & hot in the car. I had Sciatica Lower back pain & shooting⚡💥down my leg 2X before. 13 mo. sitting in the car gave me Major pain. At 🏥ER, got 4 meds $$$ + 2 shots. Coco waited in M6 room. Am back in bed 😬😵💤 💕

Yeah, definitely sounds like sciatica. I sat on a bench for an hour in 2019, got up my whole leg was asleep for a bit and barely able to move for a day. It took 6 months of pain and insomnia before it mostly went away. I still have minor flare ups a few times a year. I should have seen a doctor.

Sciatica (I have that too!) usually goes from the buttocks down the thigh. More in the back than the side.

It’s exactly that, on the outside where the joint is near the surface. Sciatica as well so it’s hard to sort out which is which!

I developed sciatica when I was a teenager, slipped two discs in my back in college, had three MRIs in my early twenties, was seen by a dozen physiotherapists over about fifteen years, no one noticed I had joint hypermobility until a couple of years ago when I got wrist pain from drawing superheroes
