here's manscorpion tark. not to be confused with scorpionman tark, who dresses like a scorpion because criminals are a superstitious and cowardly lot.

It's in Cults of Terror, where almost all the scorpionman information was presented as part of the Bagog cult writeup.

The new scorpionman design for Glorantha/Runequest seems like a misstep. Pushing these critters away from their horror overtones and into simpler, more easily handled monstrosity.

It's also in the mid-90s Lords of Terror. I think in Cults, the "victim" of the ceremony has to agree, whereas in Lords it can be any prisoner. Amusingly, in Lords, it seems to give you enough info to create a new Scorpionman character, answering the question of what happens after a TPK.

Yeah, in the Ritual of Rebirth, prisoners who are eaten alive by the scorpionman queen will be laid as an egg. The new scorpionman is born with the upper torso, head, memories, and general knowledge of the person who was devoured, but has been driven mad by the process.

Beautiful things that happen in dark souls 2 -

- If you kill the tutorial pigs enough times over and over, giant boss pigs appear & start kicking your ass
- You befriend the headless horseman's head
- You get a magic ring to talk to a handsome scorpionman and he IMMEDIATELY complains about his wife

Why does the scorpion bite a man to turn hum into Scorpion. Spiderman? Scorpionman?
