There was a time where screenshare on Linux under Wayland straight up didn't work in their client. If you wanted to screenshare you either had to bodge it through your camera with OBS or use a client. Did the latter for a time, until they gave me three strikes for every device I installed vencord on

I use it daily, its the primary VC hangout spot for my friend group, screenshare is a bit scuffed but it works and has audio (also of note that its been improving overtime)

@stoat.chat Is screenshare supposed to play ALL audio from a person's PC? I can share game source directly and people hear the audio but people are hearing themselves speak or will hear music I start playing in a browser source as well.
Is there a fix on the way for this? We cannot track it down.

Pretty much every discord alternative right now is operated by volunteer teams of less than 10 people. Discord has 1000s of employees. Forgive them if they need a bit of time to catch up but personally I have more pressing & existential demands than having screenshare not run perfectly sometimes

Can I make my own drag and drop templates? So each new file starts with my basic views and references a specific bin for new video files?
I'd love to be able to drop solo videos (me, Ty, and the screenshare) into a bin or two and have the two-up and three-up templates just automatically pull those.

During the screenshare on Aug 2, I accidentally showed my gmail to him while deleting the copies I had of the DMs. He found one of my real surnames. He did not mention he knew until August 4th, during what he calls "jokes" but I call a threatening exchange.

I deleted my original copies, via a screenshare with Dickers. I wanted to prove I was deleting them, tangibly. I had not slept in almost 48 hours, and Dickers was aware of this.

Small update, but I found a way to "screenshare" my iPad screen on my monitor, which helps me a lot with my astigmatism 🥹
