The power company in San Diego (somehow, a private company) is well known for having some of the highest power rates in the US... I just got an email from them that went something along the lines of "We know everything is getting more expensive now... We will also be increasing your rates have fun"

But that's OK...SDGE & the CPUC will up the rates yet again & it'll cost you an additional $125.00. No, your not getting anything back...just a ruse so you'll forget about the next rate increase.
