picking (unlike seabeet, for eg). And the flowers are very good for tiny pollinators. It's a lovely plant, and the flower-spikes can get quite tall, and are pretty when they dry. 💚

A #coastal #noodlebowl for dinner. I collected x7 different types of #seaweed #southmiltonsands which I have dried. This dish had fresh #serratedwrack & #Vertebratalanosa aka #truffleseaweed plus #seabeet & #seakale, plus #wildgarlic Couldn’t get much more local. #coastalforaging
