Well, this sucks.
Wanted to get the Godzilla popcorn bucket, but every Odeon I look at is already sold out, and scalpers are selling it for over £150. Guess I'll head to the seafront tomorrow instead

🌊 Fabian works as a seafront officer and has volunteered with Brighton RNLI for nearly three years.
He's always wanted to join a lifeboat crew and says learning knots was one of his biggest challenges!
Both have now earned their coveted RNLI Guernsey jumpers.
Well done both! 👏

Day trip to west Cornwall last weekend w/ Leach's Petrel, Storm Petrel, GND, Sooty Shearwater, Golden Plover, Grey Phalarope, Great Skua, Arctic Skua, Long-tailed Skua, Little Gull, Common Scoter, Arctic Tern & Purple Sand on Pendeen seawatch and 2 Snow Bunting at Penzance seafront. #cornwallbirding

It got even more objections than a similar plan two years ago.

I'm amazed.
Two years ago Council staff proposed new car parking that would make walking, wheeling & cycling more dangerous.
The plans triggered a record number of objections so they were quietly dropped.
But now they're trying it on again.

Really like the room you've left above it, Charles. All that grey sky and soft coastline gives the life ring a slightly lonely feel. A very ordinary bit of seafront furniture made worth looking at properly.

Just done my dad taxi run. There's already someone on their hands and knees on the seafront whilst her mate holds her hair out of her face.
