open to opinions to change but this is the rough idea for a Seawatt 5e build. Backstory idea would be:
He lived in an isolated tribe in the underdark that was wiped out by surface elves, he was the only survivor because he hid. His call to action was revenge.
Not 100% on alignment but love other stf
